Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) as per IATF 16949 requirements.
Ensure compliance with OEM Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) and CSMS.
Coordinate internal, customer, and certification audits, and ensure timely closure of findings.
Manage QMS documentation, corrective actions (CAPA), and continual improvement activities.
Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Support cross-functional teams in maintaining quality compliance and achieving customer satisfaction.
