We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic E-commerce Account Manager to manage online marketplace accounts and support the growth of our clients' businesses. Candidates with basic computer knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, and other marketplaces.
Upload recent products and optimize product listings.
Update product prices, stock, and descriptions.
Process and monitor customer orders.
Handle returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment.
Track sales performance and prepare basic reports.
Maintain account health and ensure marketplace compliance.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
Positive communication skills.
Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces (preferred).
