Role overview

We are hiring a Project Manager to own delivery and client communication across our D2C marketing accounts - keeping projects on time, in scope and on budget while coordinating performance, creative, SEO and content teams.

Key responsibilities
Own client projects end-to-end, from brief to delivery.
Act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams on goals, timelines and deliverables.
Build project plans and manage timelines, budgets and resource allocation.




Coordinate cross-functional teams (performance, creative, SEO, content, web).
Track progress, flag risks and report status to clients and leadership.
Maintain high client satisfaction and delivery quality.

Requirements
3+ years in project / account management, ideally a digital or marketing agency.
Working knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, paid media, social, content).
Proficiency in Agile / Scrum / Kanban ways of working.
Solid communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skills.

Tools: Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Confluence.
