Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced Dentist to lead clinic operations, manage a team, and deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinic operations and patient management
Lead and mentor dental team
Ensure quality treatment and patient satisfaction
Drive clinic revenue and performance
Maintain clinical standards and compliance
requires travelling to clinics in case of high footfall of patients
Requirements:
BDS with 3 years experience or MDS freshers too
Prior experience in clinic management preferred
Robust clinical and leadership skills
Good communication and patient handling
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
