About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Charter Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling private jet charters, helicopter charters, air ambulance services, and luxury aviation solutions to corporate clients, HNIs, travel agencies, and individual customers.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire new clients for private jet and helicopter charter services.
Promote and sell domestic and international charter flight solutions.
Handle client inquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Prepare quotations and customized charter proposals based on client requirements.
Coordinate with charter operators and vendors to ensure timely flight availability and pricing.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and luxury travel partners.
Negotiate pricing and close sales while achieving monthly revenue targets.
Ensure a seamless booking experience from inquiry to post-flight support.
Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and follow-ups in the CRM.





Required Skills
1–4 years of experience in Charter Sales, Aviation Sales, Luxury Travel Sales, or Travel Sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Solid sales and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Positive knowledge of the aviation or travel industry is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Candidates with experience in private aviation, charter brokerage, travel sales, or luxury travel will be preferred.

Salary up to ₹60,000 per month (based on experience).
