Supervise daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and service areas
Hire, train, schedule, and monitor housekeeping staff such as room attendants, supervisors, and laundry team members
Inspect rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and brand standards are met
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, uniforms, and equipment, and coordinate procurement when needed
Control departmental budget, track expenses, and improve productivity and cost efficiency
Handle guest complaints, special requests, and service recovery related to housekeeping.
Coordinate with front office, engineering, and other departments for room readiness and maintenance

Skills and qualifications




Strong leadership and team management skills.hospitality-staffing+1
Valuable attention to detail and quality control.
Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and housekeeping equipment.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience in hotel housekeeping or a supervisory role is usually required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
