Job Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, reception area, pantry, common areas, and washrooms.
Clean and maintain office washrooms regularly to ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
Keep the pantry clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
Assist with both indoor and outdoor office tasks, including bank visits, courier services, office purchases, and other official assignments as required.
Support the Administration and HR team with day-to-day office operations.
Ensure office supplies, pantry items, and housekeeping materials are properly maintained and replenished as needed.
