Role & responsibilities
Daily inspection plan realization and track status.
Planning and assigning activities to team members.
Review released drawing before issuing to Production / Inspection.
Coordinate with Planning team for Customer inspection schedule.
Organize & participate in shift communication meeting.
Review status of job for Joint inspection with all relevant documents & reports.
Review Procedure and Work instructions for Gaps / corrections to current status.
Improvement of Process / methods to Improve Safety / Quality / Productivity / Delivery.
Prepare, Review Inspection reports for Customer.
Monitor Gauges and Equipment calibration status with team.
Maintain and Develop Documents to ensure requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 3834 Standards.
Support for maintaining & develop documents for ensure requirement of ISO 14001, ISO45001, ISO 27001 Standards.
Prepare and Participate at Customer, External & Certification Audits with necessary documents and reports.




Machine capability studies, Oven validation studies / report verification as per schedule.
Measurement system analysis (MSA) for Gauges and Instruments.
Monitor, Record Internal Rework & Rejection observed.
Participate, gather with team for Corrective and Preventive action to address Rework & Rejection.
Respond to Customer complaints with appropriate actions & supporting documents within acceptable timeline.
On job training and Need based training to team members.
Reporting concern to Supplier for inward issues & follow up corrective actions.
5S improvement activities.

Preferred candidate profile
Use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Power point) to Create, Edit and improve formats.
Hands on Experience at ERP / SAP
Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 / ISO 27001
