Role purpose

Build and run the end-to-end operating engine of the POC pilot operations, diagnostics-device deployment and field operations — AND own the entire go-to-market: channel strategy, sequencing, channel sign-up, pricing, activation and revenue delivery. The COO is the single owner of “product reaches the right channel, converts, and scales”.

Go-to-market mandate (owned end-to-end)
Own the diagnostic-led channel strategy and sequencing:



validate Channel-1 (premium salons & derm) first, then Ch-4 (corporate wellness pods), Ch-5 (co-living pop-ups), Ch-2 (premium retail), with D2C as a continuous control.
Own channel sign-up across ALL channels — delivered through the Head of Sales & Channels — including dermatologists and premium salons, with the CPO/dermatologist providing clinical credibility.
Own channel economics: pricing, bundle/AOV, channel margins, CAC and the two-device deployment logic (5L high-end for derm, 2L mobile for pods/pop-ups).
Own activation & launch execution across pilot metros — go-live calendars, field deployment, partner onboarding and the home-service model.
Own the revenue number: deliver the 1.48 Cr Year-1 target and the diagnosticpurchase conversion that proves the thesis.
