Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to students and parents
Handle inbound inquiries related to MBBS Abroad and Study Abroad programs.
Explain university options, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and fee structures.
Schedule counselling appointments for admission advisors.
Follow up regularly with prospective students and parents.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM/Excel.
Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.

Required Skills
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification
Any Graduate (Preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
