Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality visual designs for print and digital platforms.
Develop creative concepts, layouts, brochures, presentations, social media creatives, advertisements, and marketing collateral.
Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them within deadlines.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and understand project requirements.
Review and provide feedback to junior designers to maintain design quality.
Lead and mentor the design team, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and other cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Minimum 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design.
Strong proficiency in:
Adobe InDesign
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
Excellent project management and time management skills.
Experience in handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
Proven experience in team handling and mentoring designers.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced workplace.
