Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled QC Engineer – Machining to join our Quality Control team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in machining inspection, dimensional inspection, quality documentation, and the use of precision measuring instruments. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring machined components meet customer specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform inspection of machined components as per engineering drawings and customer specifications.
Conduct dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments.
Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
Identify and report non-conformities and support corrective actions.
Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure product quality.
Ensure compliance with quality procedures and inspection standards.

Required Skills:





Positive knowledge of machining inspection and dimensional measurement.
Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and Dial Indicator.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.;
Knowledge of quality documentation and inspection reports.
Basic understanding of quality management systems.

AutoCAD (preferred)
MS Excel
MS Office

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
