About the Role

VIP CITY is looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented professionals to join our team as Zonal Heads. This is a freelance, commission-only opportunity designed for individuals who excel in sales, networking, and team leadership. There is no fixed salary—the more you perform, the more you earn.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and expand sales operations within your assigned zone.
Build and manage a high-performing team of sales associates and channel partners.
Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
Drive plot bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service.
Coordinate with the company team for documentation and booking processes.
Monitor team performance and motivate members to achieve business goals.

Eligibility
Experience in real estate sales, insurance, banking, direct sales,



or business development is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to recruit, mentor, and manage a sales team.
Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Own vehicle and smartphone preferred.
