Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the evaluation and integration of current technologies to enhance system architecture.
Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of architectural standards and best practices.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
Robust expertise in designing and implementing scalable application architectures.
Experience with performance optimization and security best practices in software development.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Familiarity with database management and integration techniques relevant to SAP environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and capability to provide innovative technical solutions.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
