Role & responsibilities
Manage and grow multiple social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
across platforms.
Plan and execute daily posting schedules and ongoing channel activity.
Create engaging posts, videos, reels, and ad creatives tailored to each platform.
Conceptualize and produce marketing reels and short-form video content to drive engagement.
Shoot photo and video content in office, including product, event, and behind-the-scenes coverage.
Edit videos and visuals using relevant tools, ensuring high-quality, polished output.
Apply solid understanding of colour theory, layout, and visual design principles in all content.
Maintain strict consistency with the company's brand kit - colours, fonts, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
Assist in planning and running paid social media ad campaigns.
Track engagement, growth metrics, and content performance to refine strategy.




Stay current with social media trends, formats, and platform algorithm changes.

Preferred candidate profile
Proven experience managing social media handles and creating content (portfolio/reel preferred).
Hands-on skills in camera shooting (photo & video) and video editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar).
Solid sense of design, colour, typography, and brand consistency.
Comfortable working independently to plan, shoot, edit, and publish content end-to-end.
Creative thinker who can turn ideas into trending, engaging reels and ad creatives.
Organized and able to manage multiple channels and a consistent posting calendar.
Basic understanding of social media ads/marketing is a plus.
