Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
Continuously improve support processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills related to enterprise planning and budgeting systems.
Experience in managing and supporting complex software environments with multiple integrated components.
Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
Capability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
This position is based at our Kolkata office.
