We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our Retail Gold & Diamond Jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent customer service skills, and prior experience in jewellery retail.
Note: Experience in the Gold & Diamond Jewellery Industry is mandatory. Candidates without jewellery retail experience will not be considered.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, and jewellery products.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Perform product demonstrations and explain product features.
Generate bills and coordinate with the billing team.
Negotiate prices within company guidelines.
Maintain product displays and showroom presentation.
Required Experience
1–7 years of experience in Retail Gold & Diamond Jewellery Sales (Mandatory).
Qualifications
HSC / Graduate preferred.
