Job Description
HandysCompany is looking for energetic and responsible Operations Executives to join its growing home services network. If you have experience in managing daily operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring smooth service delivery, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage day-to-day operational activities.
Coordinate between Field Teams, Service Coordinators, and Customers.
Ensure timely assignment and completion of service requests.
Identify operational issues and ensure their prompt resolution.
Track service performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Eligibility
Experience in Operations, Customer Service, Administration, or Coordination is preferred.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and smartphone applications.
Ability to multitask and work effectively with teams.
No specific degree is required.
Freshers with a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
