Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC Turning, VMC or CNC Milling machines.
Load raw materials and unload finished components.
Set up tools and fixtures as per job requirements.
Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
Perform basic machine setup and offset adjustments.
Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers and Height Gauges.
Maintain production quality and minimize material wastage.
Follow production schedules and achieve daily targets.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
Adhere to all workplace safety and quality standards.
Report machine issues or production defects to the supervisor.

Required Skills
Knowledge of CNC machine operations.
Ability to read engineering drawings.




Familiarity with measuring instruments.
Basic understanding of G-Code and M-Code.
Positive attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to work in shifts.
Team player with a positive attitude.

Qualifications
ITI (Turner/Machinist/Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Experience in CNC Turning, VMC or Milling operations is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
