Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate leads, build robust client relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking.
Reach out to potential customers and explain the company's products/services.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.




Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Target-driven and self-motivated.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of sales/business development experience are welcome.

Salary: As per company standards + Performance Incentives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
