We are an e-commerce brand selling handmade food products from Odisha across India.
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented warehouse executive to manage order packing, dispatch, and inventory for our online orders.

This role is crucial to ensure customers receive the right product, properly packed, on time.

Key Responsibilities
Pick and pack online orders (food products) accurately
Proper packaging for courier dispatch (leak-proof, protected, neat)
Labeling parcels and coordinating with courier pickup
Managing daily order list from WooCommerce / Excel
Stock checking and basic inventory updates
Keeping the packing area clean and organised
Reporting damaged, low stock, or missing items
Supporting festive / high-order days with faster dispatch

Requirements
Minimum 10th / 12th pass
Basic reading & writing skills (English/Hindi/Odia)




Comfortable using mobile apps / basic computer / Excel
Prior experience in warehouse / packaging / e-commerce preferred
Physically fit for standing, packing, and lifting cartons
Honest, punctual, and detail-focused

Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Experience with Flipkart / Amazon / Meesho / D2C orders
Knowledge of courier processes (Delhivery / DTDC etc.)
Local candidate preferred

Working Hours
7 PM – 10 PM (Part Time)
