Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and components.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
Issue materials to production and other departments as per requirements.
Prepare component kits based on BOMs and production schedules.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment activities.
Conduct periodic stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
Ensure proper storage, identification, and traceability of materials.
Maintain store documentation, GRNs, stock registers, and inventory reports.
Coordinate with procurement and production teams for smooth material flow.
Follow safety, quality, and ESD handling procedures for electronic components.

Qualifications & Skills:
ITI/ Diploma in Electronics, Supply Chain, or related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in stores, procurement, or component kitting.
Knowledge of inventory control and stock management practices.
Familiarity with electronic components is preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/inventory management systems.
Positive organizational and communication skills.
