Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Transport Executive to support daily transportation operations. The candidate will be responsible for vehicle placement, trip coordination, vendor follow-up, documentation, and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of goods while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily vehicle placement as per customer requirements.
Track vehicle movement and ensure timely pickup and delivery.
Coordinate with transport vendors and drivers for smooth operations.
Prepare and maintain trip sheets, e-way bills, PODs, and transport documentation.
Monitor vehicle turnaround time (TAT) and optimize fleet utilization.
Update daily transport MIS reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Resolve transportation-related issues and escalate critical concerns.
Ensure compliance with company transport policies and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with warehouse and customer teams for dispatch planning.




Maintain transport records and support billing documentation.

Required Skills
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in Transport or 3PL Logistics.
Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF Formula, Basic Functions).
Valuable working knowledge of Google Sheets.
Basic understanding of transport operations, vehicle documentation, and route planning.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills
Experience with TMS/ERP/SAP or any logistics software.
Knowledge of e-Way Bill and transport documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary

As per company norms (Based on experience and interview performance).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
