We’re Hiring: Content Head

We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Content Head to lead and scale our content function across multiple educational institutions. This role demands a robust leader who can manage diverse teams, drive high-impact storytelling, and align content with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead content strategy across websites, blogs, social media, and campaigns
Oversee content for multiple colleges while maintaining distinct brand voices
Work closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives, communication, and key campaigns
Manage and coordinate multiple teams including writers, designers, video, and digital marketing
Ensure content aligns with admissions goals, brand positioning, and performance metrics
Implement SEO best practices and drive organic growth
Review, edit,



and maintain high-quality content standards
Handle multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines across institutions

Requirements:
6–12+ years of experience in content, digital marketing, or brand communications
Solid leadership and team management skills
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling ability
Deep understanding of SEO, digital funnels, and content performance
Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional teams efficiently
Experience in education/EdTech is a plus

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
