Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver creative, play-based learning activities aligned with the preschool curriculum.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom workplace that encourages learning and exploration.
Monitor and assess children's developmental progress and maintain accurate records.
Ensure the safety, well-being, and hygiene of all children at all times.
Develop lesson plans, learning materials, and classroom displays.
Encourage positive behavior and social skills among children.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress, achievements, and concerns.
Organize and participate in school events, parent meetings, and extracurricular activities.
Collaborate with colleagues and school management to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes.
Maintain classroom cleanliness and ensure educational resources are used effectively.
