Key Responsibilities
Plan, monitor, and manage daily jewellery production activities.
Coordinate with design, merchandising, and sales teams to meet production schedules.
Supervise artisans, craftsmen, setters, polishers, and production staff.
Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines and budget.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
Manage raw material usage and minimize wastage.
Coordinate inventory of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and other materials.
Resolve production issues and implement process improvements.
Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained.
Maintain production reports, stock records, and MIS.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and manufacturing policies.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes.




Experience in production planning and workflow management.
Knowledge of casting, setting, polishing, finishing, and quality control.
Leadership and team management skills.
Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/software used in jewellery manufacturing.
5–10 years of experience in jewellery production, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Preferred Experience
Experience in gold, diamond, or precious jewellery manufacturing.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing and production optimization techniques.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
