Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive with experience in IT Services Sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling software development services such as website development, mobile app development, blockchain solutions, SaaS products, and custom software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads generated through website, LinkedIn, referrals, Upwork, and marketing campaigns
Generate current business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other lead generation channels
Understand client business requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions
Conduct initial client discussions and requirement gathering




Schedule meetings and demos with clients and coordinate with technical teams
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications
Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and client interactions
Build solid client relationships for long-term business opportunities
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

Required Skills:
1–2 years of experience in IT Services Sales
Strong knowledge of Web Development, Mobile App Development, and Software Solutions sales
Good lead generation, client acquisition, and follow-up skills
Experience in requirement gathering and proposal preparation Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Upwork, and email outreach
Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,902.12 per month
