Requirement - Project Engineer

Location - Khavda - Gujarat

Experience - 7 to 10 years

Qualification:- Dip/BE (7+ Experience)
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for solar plant construction.
Coordinate and oversee all civil/Electrical engineering activities from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to technical specifications.
Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team of engineers, subcontractors, and laborers.
Foster a team-oriented work workplace and ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to assess compliance and implement necessary improvements.
Prepare and present progress reports, including project milestones, risks, and challenges.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays and cost overruns.
Implement and maintain a proactive risk management approach throughout the project lifecycle.

(Strong knowledge of construction methodologies,



and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Experience:
Minimum of 20 years of experience in project management, specifically in Solar projects
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale solar plant construction projects.
Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
