Prepare and cook South Indian dishes with minimal supervision
Handle specific kitchen sections (e.g., dosa station, tandoor, breakfast section)
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all dishes
Supervise and guide Commis II and kitchen helpers
Maintain proper mise en place for smooth kitchen operations
Follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are strictly followed
Check quality of raw materials and finished dishes
Assist senior chefs in menu planning and recipe standardization
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
