Role & responsibilities
Assemble refrigerator components such as cabinet, door, compressor, evaporator, condenser, wiring harness, insulation, shelves, and accessories.
Perform visual inspection of parts before assembly and report defects immediately.
Follow the standard cycle to meet daily production targets
Support leak testing, functional testing, and rework activities when required.
Maintain cleanliness and implement 5S practices at the workstation.
Report abnormalities related to machines, tools, materials, or processes to the supervisor.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tool
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience from Refrigeration Industry 3 to 6 years.
