Qualification / Required Experience
B.E / B.Tech / MCA from a recognized institution.
Minimum 6+ to 10 years of experience in frontier and emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, IoT, or advanced analytics.
Solid proficiency in requirements elicitation and ability to translate business problems into technology-driven solutions.
Hands-on experience with data science tools and programming languages such as Python/R, SQL, and machine learning frameworks.
Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets, data processing, and model development.
Understanding of data governance, security, and ethical AI principles.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy machine learning models (classification, regression, NLP/CV) aligned to identified use cases.
Perform data preprocessing,



feature engineering, and model optimization using tools like Python, SQL, and relevant ML frameworks
Define and contribute to frontier technology frameworks and architectures (AI, Quantum, etc.).
Identify, design, and implement use cases across departments.
Guide the lifecycle from PoC to scaled implementation.
Assist in preparation of concept notes, PPR/DPR, RFPs, SOPs, and related documentation.
Act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions.
Support monitoring of project progress, KPIs, milestones, and outcomes.
Perform additional responsibilities as required by the project.
