Job Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
Source candidates through job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support onboarding and joining formalities.
Assist in daily HR operations and administrative tasks.

Requirements:
Graduate or pursuing Graduation/MBA (HR) preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Quick learner with a positive attitude.
