We're looking for a detail-driven and hands-on Senior Housekeeping Supervisor who takes pride in maintaining spotless standards and leading a motivated team. If you believe a clean hotel is a happy hotel — this role is yours.
What You'll Do
Supervise and lead the housekeeping team across all shifts
Ensure rooms, public areas, and back-of-house are maintained to the highest standards
Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness and presentation
Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff daily
Coordinate with the front office for room status updates and guest requests
Manage housekeeping supplies, inventory, and linen control
Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping promptly
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of experience in hotel housekeeping operations
Solid leadership and team management skills
Eye for detail and high cleanliness standards
Positive communication and coordination abilities
Knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, equipment, and procedures
Hospitality experience is mandatory. Only candidates from the hotel industry will be shortlisted.
