We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of experience to manage and oversee multiple construction sites. The candidate should be capable of handling site operations independently while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day construction activities across multiple sites
Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, workers, and suppliers
Monitor project progress and report updates
Ensure adherence to safety standards and site discipline
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues
Maintain quality control and meet deadlines

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience
Proven ability to handle multiple sites simultaneously
Solid knowledge of construction practices and safety norms
Ability to read drawings and plans
Valuable leadership and communication skills

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
