Sreevalsam Hotels is looking for a highly experienced Malayali Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations and maintain exceptional culinary standards at our Three properties .
Required
Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a reputed hotel or resort.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Expertise in South Indian, North Indian, and Kerala cuisine.
Knowledge of food costing, menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Malayali candidates are preferred.
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, with prior experience as an Executive Chef in a hotel.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
