Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).
MBA in Human Resource Management (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of HR experience or HR Generalist role.
Experience in housekeeping, facility management, healthcare, hospitality, home careor property management is highly preferred.
Experience in recruiting and managing field staff is an added advantage.
Experience in payroll processing and attendance management.
Knowledge of HRMS software and Microsoft Office
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
