Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee daily operations across all assigned sites.
Ensure proper deployment of manpower including security, housekeeping, and support staff.
Monitor site performance through regular visits, audits, and reports.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and service level agreements (SLAs).
Manage smooth transition and setup of recent sites within defined timelines.
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for all clients.
Conduct daily/regular client meetings and site visits.
Address client concerns, escalations, and service issues promptly.
Maintain solid client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Ensure all communications include relevant stakeholders (Management & HR).
Team Management
Lead, supervise, and control operational teams across locations.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity of staff.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Ensure proper coordination between field staff and management.
Planning & Reporting
Prepare and submit daily site visit plans before 08:00 AM.
Maintain accurate records of site visits, client meetings, and updates in CRM.
Submit monthly performance and feedback reports.




Conduct weekly review meetings with team and management.
Recruitment & Manpower Planning
Identify manpower requirements as per site needs.
Coordinate with HR for timely recruitment and deployment.
Ensure adequate staffing at all sites at all times.
Compliance & Monitoring
Ensure adherence to site timings, operational standards, and company policies.
Maintain discipline and compliance across all sites.
Monitor start/end time of operations and report deviations.
Business Development & Growth
Generate leads through client visits and networking.
Support business expansion by converting leads into recent clients/sites.
Participate in tenders and business proposals as required.
Financial & Administrative Control
Ensure timely submission of travel and operational expenses within 2 days.
Monitor cost control and operational efficiency.
Handle rate revisions with clients every 6 months.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
