Job Title: Gold Appraiser

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Gold Appraiser to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating gold ornaments and other pledged gold items, ensuring accurate valuation, and supporting the gold loan process in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate gold ornaments and articles for purity, weight, and authenticity.
Calculate eligible loan value as per company guidelines.
Perform gold testing using approved methods and equipment.
Maintain accurate appraisal records and documentation.
Ensure protected handling and custody of pledged gold articles.
Support branch operations and customer service activities.
Follow company policies, operational procedures, and compliance requirements.
Report any discrepancies or suspicious transactions to management.




Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Qualifications:
Minimum: Higher Secondary / Any Degree.
Experience in gold appraisal or gold loan industry preferred.
Knowledge of gold testing and valuation techniques.
Basic computer knowledge.
Valuable communication and customer service skills.
