We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM skilled with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing IT Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, UI Actions, UI Pages, and Catalog Items.

Roles and Responsibility
Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
Develop custom workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement best practices for ServiceNow platform maintenance and performance optimization.
Prepare technical documentation and support UAT and production deployments.
Work with cross-functional teams for upgrades,



enhancements, and testing.

Job Requirements
Robust hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM module implementation and customization.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, UI Actions, UI Pages, and Catalog Items.
Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Service Portal.
Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and IntegrationHub is preferred.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
