Well versed with IS1200 and other relevant codes for estimation and measurement for RCC and steel structure
Knowledge of Tenders, BOQ, BBS &Working; Drawings.
Knowledge of cost control for a large contracting company or Developer.
Knowledge of Project Planning
Positive Knowledge in Quantity Estimation of all Items which includes Earth work, Concrete, Shuttering, Steel, Masonry, Plaster etc.& Finishes Items
Good Knowledge in Bar Bending Schedule for Steel calculation
Positive Knowledge in doing the Reconciliation of Materials such as Concrete, Steel, Cement Candidate
shall be knowing the Cement Consumption Factor of all the items wherever cement is applicable
Candidate shall be knowing the Factors such as kg/sq ft, cum/sq ft on built up area
Good Knowledge in Contract Conditions(Pre & Post Contracts)
Good Knowledge in Contractor & Client Billing
Positive Knowledge of all parts mentioned in IS Code 1200 for mode of measurement
once in a month need to visit site | Pan India
