We are hiring for NPD (Recent Product Development) Engineer!

Roles & Responsibilities:
Support the development of manufacturing process flow from enquiry to job completion
Assist Manufacturing Engineers in process development and continuous improvement initiatives
Perform product and process costing
Conduct feasibility checks and freeze confirmed parameters
Manage engineering changes effectively
Work closely with production floor teams as required
Participate in learning and development activities to enhance performance
Handle additional responsibilities as required based on organizational needs
Develop and manage APQP, PPAP, and FMEA documentation

Requirements:
B.E. in Mechanical / Automobile / Aerospace / Production Engineering
Minimum 1 year of experience in Automobile / Aerospace / Mechanical industry
Quick learner with creative thinking ability




Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work under pressure
Solid task prioritization and organizational skills
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels
Ability to represent the company in discussions with customers, suppliers, and partners
Self-motivated with a task-oriented approach and ability to balance initiative and delegation
Knowledge of cost reduction, scrap reduction, and forecasting
Understanding of measuring instruments, unit conversion, and part measurement
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
Knowledge of ISO standards and documentation

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
