Key Responsibilities
Reconcile daily sales from dispensing pumps with, Shift reports, POS systems, Cash collections, UPI collections, Credit sales, Bank deposits.
Review and approve daily cash closures and ensure all collections are deposited and accounted for and monitor outstanding cash balances.
Should be fluent in Credit Account Management and to create and maintain customer accounts, monitor approved credit limits, generate invoices and statements, monitor overdue payments.
Escalate high-risk accounts. Maintain debtor days, collection efficiency and bad debt percentage.
Maintain Accounts Receivables and monitor all customer receivables. Prepare recovery schedules and follow up on overdue invoices and Coordinate legal action where necessary.
Maintain Accounts Payable and process supplier invoices, verify purchase orders and reconcile vendor statements.




Inventory & Stock Accounting by maintaining fuel inventory control, tank reconciliation and inventory accounting for Lubricants & Non-Fuel Products.
Banking & Cash Flow Management and conducting daily reconciliation of Current accounts, Cash deposits and online collections.
Fluent in Taxation & Statutory Compliance such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Regulatory compliance.
Financial Reporting & MIS by conducting daily MIS, credit sales reports, balance sheet, and outlet wise profitability.
Audit & Internal Controls to prevent fraud and revenue leakage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
