JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an energetic and responsible Field Sales Executive to develop new customers and strengthen our presence across Karnataka. The position requires regular customer visits and outstation travel from Monday to Friday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Visit dealers, fabricators, contractors and industrial customers.
Generate current leads and develop long-term customer relationships.
Promote SteelX products and explain specifications to customers.
Prepare enquiries and coordinate quotations, orders and dispatches.
Follow up on pending quotations, orders and payment collections.
Monitor competitor pricing and market developments.
Submit daily visit reports and maintain customer records.
Achieve assigned sales and territory-development targets.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS




Experience in field sales or B2B sales is preferred.
Steel, roofing or building-material industry experience will be an advantage.
Solid communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel locally and outstation regularly.
Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Excel and basic reporting tools.
Self-motivated, disciplined and target-oriented.
Freshers with robust communication and field-sales interest may also apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
