We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically robust Credit Manager to join our sanction team. The role involves evaluating loan applications, assessing creditworthiness, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in fintech or NBFC credit processes and a sound understanding of risk assessment.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and analyze loan applications across personal/business loan segments
Conduct detailed credit assessments including income analysis, FOIR, bureau checks (CIBIL), and banking analysis
Review KYC, financial documents, and supporting records for completeness and authenticity
Make informed credit decisions in line with company risk policies
Approve, decline, or recommend applications with proper justification
Coordinate with sales, operations, and risk teams for smooth processing
Maintain TAT and ensure high-quality underwriting standards
Identify potential risks and flag discrepancies in applications
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal credit policies
Required Skills & Competencies
Solid understanding of credit underwriting and risk assessment
Knowledge of fintech/NBFC loan processes and policies
Familiarity with credit bureau reports (CIBIL, Experian, etc.)
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to take independent credit decisions
Positive communication and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and loan processing systems
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
1–2 years of relevant experience in credit/sanction role (Fintech/NBFC preferred)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
