Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management
Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa, JioMart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other marketplaces.
Create, update, and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
Handle catalog creation, SKU mapping, category corrections, and listing quality.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stock-outs.
Process daily orders, returns, cancellations, refunds, and customer queries.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, coupons, and festive offers.
Manage marketplace advertisements (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.).
Track account health, customer ratings, and seller performance metrics.
Analyze sales reports, pricing trends, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with marketing, design, logistics, and customer support teams.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
Identify prospects to improve product visibility, conversion rates,



and revenue.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in ecommerce operations or marketplace management.
Freshers with relevant internship experience may also apply.

Required Skills
Knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and online selling processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Skills
Experience with e-commerce platforms and seller panels.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online advertising.
Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
