Job Requirements
Analyse customer/internal requirements/specifications and translate these into software designs and present RFC for the same to architect group
Develop high quality software code based on designs (hands-on)
Perform extensive unit and system level testing to ensure highest software quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyses, design, and ship current applications
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
Technical ownership of features
Mentor team members to resolve technical/functional issues

Work Experience

Must Have Skills
Exposure to AI/ML and Generative AI concepts with ability to leverage AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Copilot) to improve development productivity.
Experience in designing AI-enabled architectures, including integration of LLM-based services into microservices/cloud-native applications.
Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI-driven code optimization, and automation use cases in software development lifecycle.




Ability to evaluate and implement AI-based solutions for performance optimization, intelligent workflows, and decision-making systems.
Enterprise Frameworks and Systems: Spring Boot, Spring AOP, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Play, REST Services, Microservices
Java Stack: Core Java, Java 8 features (streams, lambdas, fluent-style programming, etc.), J2EE
Must have hands on experience in GoLang
Experience in writing complex queries in SQL.
Strong hands on knowledge of CI/CD
Positive understanding of AWS services like SNS/SQS,S3,Lambda,IAM Role etc.
Hands on in any non relational DB like Mongo etc.
Writing maintainable and scalable code
Writing code that runs in the cloud (AWS: S3, SNS, SQS, Kinesis, Lambda, EMR, DataBricks etc)

Nice to Have Skill

React, Oauth, SCIM
Database – No SQL, Redshift
AWS core constructs – KMS, Queues, Notification services, Cache, Cloud watch
