We are looking for a skilled IT Executive to join our team at Divya Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting IT systems, ensuring smooth operations across networks, hardware, and software.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Office 365, firewalls, and mail servers.
Diagnose and resolve problems with networks (LAN/WAN), virtualization, and Windows servers.
Respond promptly to support requests from end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Provide technical support for printers, copiers, and other office equipment.
Perform system backups and ensure data security and integrity.
Maintain and update inventory of all hardware and software assets.
Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
Possess basic knowledge of cloud technologies.
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s/Diploma in IT or equivalent qualification.
Fresher/Minimum 2 year of IT support and work experience.
Operating System: Linux/Unix, Windows, Mac.
Preference given to who is ready to join immediately.
