Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and confident Student Counselor to join our academy. The counselor will be responsible for handling inquiries, explaining courses to students/parents, and assisting them in choosing the right program.
Key Responsibilities
Attend inquiries via phone, walk-ins, WhatsApp & social media.
Explain course details, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain student records and update daily follow-up sheets.
Assist students during enrollment and provide guidance when needed.
Build a positive relationship with students and parents.
Skills Required
Good communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable in talking to students & parents.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel/WhatsApp/Calling).
Friendly, patient, and skilled attitude.
Student Counseling experience (preferred but not mandatory).
Education
Any degree or diploma is acceptable.
Freshers with good communication are welcome.
Work Schedule
Full time
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM AND Sunday Off
