Job Responsibilities
Counsel students and professionals about our IT training and certification programs.
Understand candidates' career goals and recommend the most suitable course.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Explain course features, fees, batches, and career prospects.
Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions in the CRM.
Coordinate with trainers and the operations team for smooth student onboarding.
Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing students.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
