Rajni Intimates is one of South India's most loved innerwear brands with a legacy of 37+ years. Today, the company is transforming into a up-to-date D2C brand blending heritage craftsmanship with digital innovation. This role offers the prospect to work directly with the Founder to shape brand storytelling, digital campaigns, and long-term marketing strategy.

The Digital Marketing & Brand Executive will manage the brand's digital presence, performance campaigns, social media communication, and online brand-building initiatives. The role requires creativity, solid execution skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with leadership.

Key responsibilities:

A. Digital Marketing & Campaigns
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (organic + paid) for Rajni Intimates and the Founder's page.
Drive traffic, engagement, and conversions through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and strategic content.
Manage SEO, SEM, basic funnel building, and performance marketing initiatives.

B. Social Media Management
Manage Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Business Suite daily.
Execute monthly content calendars in collaboration with the Founder.




Coordinate with the internal content creator (Ayushi) for creatives and scheduling.
Plan influencer collaborations, gifting, and digital brand partnerships.

C. Communication & Automation
Handle WhatsApp automation, email marketing, and brand communication.
Monitor and track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools.
Provide weekly performance reports to the Founder.

D. Brand Building
Support brand positioning, storytelling, and creative direction.
Assist with offline marketing activities and product launch campaigns.
Ensure consistent brand voice across all digital channels.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Mysore Road Tolgate, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
